Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all online English education services and products provided by NEO English, including:

  • Premium 1-on-1 Coaching

  • Countdown to PTE Workshops

  • Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, study materials)

These services are educational in nature and delivered online.

2. Services Offered

a) Premium 1-on-1 Coaching

Premium 1-on-1 Coaching is provided as a fixed 4-lesson package.
Each lesson is 1 hour and delivered online via Zoom.

The first package includes:

  • An additional 30-minute needs analysis session

  • Review of past PTE results (if provided)

  • A personalised study plan with lesson focus and self-study tasks

Coaching packages do not auto-renew.

b) Countdown to PTE Workshop

The Countdown to PTE Workshop is a one-off live online workshop delivered via Zoom.

  • Workshop duration: approximately 1 hour

  • Participant limit may apply

  • Supporting materials (PDFs, templates) may be provided

Access is valid only for the scheduled session.

c) Digital Products (eBooks & PDFs)

Digital products include downloadable materials such as eBooks, templates, and study guides.

These products are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or resold.

3. Payments

a) Payments for Premium 1-on-1 Coaching and Countdown to PTE Workshops

  • Payments are arranged after confirmation and made in advance via a secure third-party payment provider.

  • Prices are clearly confirmed before payment.

  • All purchases are one-off payments unless otherwise stated.

  • NEO English does not store full credit card details.

b) Payments for Digital Products (eBooks & PDFs)

  • Payment for digital products is processed via a secure third-party payment provider

  • Access is granted upon successful payment 

​c) Disputes

If you have any concerns about a charge, please contact us at info@neo-english.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving all payment issues directly.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds are provided once access has been granted.

Coaching Packages

  • Coaching packages are non-refundable once the first lesson has taken place.

  • Lessons must be completed within 5 weeks of the first scheduled lesson.

  • Unused lessons do not carry over beyond this period.

Workshops

  • Workshop purchases are non-refundable unless the workshop is cancelled by NEO English.

  • If a workshop is cancelled by NEO English, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

5. Scheduling, Cancellations & Attendance

Coaching Lessons

  • Coaching sessions are scheduled at a fixed weekly time for the duration of the package.

  • Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours are counted as used.

Late Arrivals

  • Lessons end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.

  • If there is no arrival or contact within the first 15 minutes, the lesson is marked as missed.

6. Technical Issues

  • Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and suitable device.

  • If a lesson cannot proceed due to the teacher’s technical issue, it will be rescheduled.

  • If the issue is on the student’s side, the lesson is counted as used.

All lesson-related or product-related communication should be sent to:

Messages are typically answered within 24–48 hours on weekdays.

8. No Guarantees

NEO English provides educational services only.
We do not guarantee:

  • Specific test scores

  • Language improvement outcomes

  • Visa, employment, or academic results

Results depend on many factors, including individual effort and practice.

9. Limitation of Liability

NEO English is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in coaching, workshops, or use of digital materials.

10. Changes to Services

Lesson content, materials, pricing, or delivery methods may change from time to time.
Any changes will not affect services already purchased.
