1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by NEO English, including:

  • 1-on-1 English coaching and consultation

  • Study abroad advisory services

Digital products and memberships are sold and managed via third-party platforms

(e.g. Gumroad, YouTube) and are subject to those platforms’ terms.

2. Services Offered

a) 1-on-1 Coaching & Consultation

NEO English provides online English coaching sessions via Zoom.

Services may include:

  • Speaking and writing feedback

  • PTE preparation

  • Study plans and strategy guidance

Session format, duration, and structure are confirmed in advance.

b) Study Abroad Advisory Services

NEO English provides guidance and recommendations for students considering study abroad programs.

This may include:

  • Needs analysis and program recommendations

  • Advice on suitable schools and locations

  • General guidance on preparation and expectations

NEO English may receive commission from partner schools if a student enrols.

NEO English acts as an independent advisor and does not provide visas, immigration services, or direct enrolment.

NEO English is not a licensed migration agent.

3. Payments

Coaching & Sessions

  • Payment is required in advance to confirm all sessions

  • Payment is processed via a secure third-party provider

  • NEO English does not store full credit card details

  • Prices are confirmed before payment

 

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Group Sessions

  • Group sessions are non-refundable once a time has been confirmed

  • If you are unable to attend, the session is considered used

1-on-1 Sessions

  • 1-on-1 sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are counted as used

  • Missed sessions without notice are counted as used

Teacher Cancellations

  • If a session cannot proceed due to a teacher issue, it will be rescheduled

 

5. Scheduling & Attendance

  • Sessions are scheduled in advance at agreed times

  • Lessons end at the scheduled time, even if the student arrives late

  • If there is no contact within 15 minutes, the session may be marked as missed

 

6. Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for:

  • a stable internet connection

  • a suitable device for online lessons

If technical issues occur on the student’s side, the session may still be counted as used.

Messages are typically answered within 24–48 hours on weekdays.

 

8. Study Abroad Disclaimer

NEO English provides guidance only.

NEO English is not a licensed migration agent.

NEO English is not responsible for:

  • visa decisions or immigration outcomes

  • school policies, course changes, or cancellations

  • accommodation arrangements

  • actions of third-party providers

Students and families are responsible for:

  • reviewing school terms and conditions

  • ensuring all application information is accurate

  • making final decisions regarding enrolment and travel

 

9. No Guarantees

NEO English provides educational and advisory services only.

We do not guarantee:

  • specific test scores

  • language improvement outcomes

  • visa, academic, or employment results

Results depend on individual effort and external factors.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

NEO English is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from:

  • participation in coaching sessions

  • use of study materials

  • study abroad decisions or outcomes

 

11. Changes to Services

Services, pricing, and materials may be updated from time to time.

Any changes will not affect services already purchased.

 

12. Custom Packages & Individual Agreements

In some cases, NEO English may offer customised coaching packages or individual arrangements.

These may include:

  • alternative pricing structures

  • different lesson schedules or formats

  • extended timelines

Where a custom package is agreed, the specific terms provided in writing (e.g. email or document) will take precedence over these standard Terms & Conditions.
