Q. What level of English do I need?
A. Starter Program = A2 or B1 level. Growth Program = B2-C2. To take VIP Package, ANY level is ok! If you don't know your level, take our level check test.
Q. How long does it take to 'level up'?
A. That depends. We expect the average student to increase their IELTS score by 1.5 (PTE by 30 points) in 1 year.
Q. The group program's live lesson time does not match my timing. What can I do?
A. You can watch recordings of the live lessons or try another live lesson (check the live lesson schedule).
Q. What should I do if the lessons feel too difficult or too easy for me?
A. Contact us! If you want to transfer from one program to the other, we can arrange that for you.
Q. I have to take an IELTS test next week. Can you help me?
A. Consider taking a VIP Package (if there is availability). You can get a clear study plan and lessons customised to help you achieve the band-score you need.
Q. I can learn IELTS and PTE techniques for free on youtube. Why should I take this course?
